Scott Ehrlich is Co-Chair of the Los Angeles-based law firm Sklar Kirsh’s Corporate Department and the Head of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Department.  His practice focuses on corporate M&A and finance. Scott joined Sklar Kirsh after serving nearly nine years as the General Counsel of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group where he was the chief legal officer handling high-stakes post-production and new distribution deals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and joint ventures.  Prior to that, Scott was Counsel at Skadden Arps in New York City.

Scott received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia in 1989 and his law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 1994. 

He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, teaching Business Planning: Financing the Start-Up Business & Venture Capital Finance.
